Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (food & beverage consumables), returns are only accepted if:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or defective product received
• Expired product delivered
Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Cancellations:
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing if not yet shipped.
• After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
• Process: To request a return/refund, email [your support email] with your order ID, photos (if damaged), and reason.
